a free 30-minute conversation. You leave with a written summary of your options, whether or not you engage us.
3. Proposal
a fixed-fee or day rate engagement agreement. Rates are transparent and based on your organisation's size and ability to pay.
2. Scope
we agree the problem, the approach and the shape of support: a defined offer like a Commercial Health Check, or a bespoke engagement.
4. Deliver & review
agreed outputs with checkpoints, and optional ongoing support where it adds value.

Orez is led by Nick Haines it's founder. Nick leads every engagement personally. For larger programmes he brings in vetted specialist associates under his direction.
